I use ArtRage and Paint.net. Between them, I can do anything that I care to learn to do. Every day, one can learn a new trick with either of these programs, AND SrtRage is priced AWESOMELY (sp?) that anyone can afford it, and Paint.net is FREEWARE. Yayyy !! GREAT tut !! Thank you so much ! xoxo

cool! i have my own water technique that i use with artrage but i think this one is better. Great tutorial!
